• All sales are final; refunds are provided only in cases of technical issues that prevent viewing

4. Live Event Tickets

For livestream event tickets:

• Tickets grant access to the live broadcast at the scheduled time
• Access may include replay availability for a limited time after the event
• Event schedules are subject to change; we will notify ticket holders of any changes
• Tickets are non-transferable and tied to your account
• Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any automated systems to access or scrape our services
• Attempt to circumvent digital rights management or copy protection
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Record, capture, or redistribute streamed content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our services

All content on DreamCatch Studios, including films, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by DreamCatch Studios or our content licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

DreamCatch Studios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked.
